The mission of Automated Business Solutions, Inc. has always been to provide high quality products to meet the needs of our customers at reasonable prices, and back it with a strong service department where we can provide the fastest response time possible and fully trained technicians to service our customer’s needs. We stock thousands of dollars in parts to minimize down time as much as possible. Our response time goal is less than four hours in the Indianapolis area.

Automated Business Solutions, Inc. began in May of 1986 as a distributor for the Hedman Company. The product line included check protectors and check signing machines. This small beginning was short lived because our customers very quickly began to ask us to service and support other types of machines. This led us into bursting machines, paper shredders, folding machines, folding inserting machines, and eventually our entire product line. In 1997, we began as a service center for HP laser printers and continue that tradition today.

In July 2003, Automated Business Solutions, Inc. became an authorized dealer for Kyocera Copiers and laser printers. This expansion of our business enabled us to exceed our customer’s needs by providing a state of the art product line combined with our high ranking service response.
