Our Kyocera technicians are sent through a rigorous training course on every product they service through the Kyocera National Training Center in Dallas, Texas. They are required to pass an entrance exam and also an exit exam, and our technicians have ranked in the top 5% of their training classes in scores. This assures you of having a service department that is ready to meet your expectations and minimize downtime of your Kyocera equipment.
Our goal is to provide the fastest response time possible and service your account on site in less than four hours. We also provide shop service for those customers who prefer to bring their machine into our office for service.
